During 1982, the Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan initiated research projects into numerous areas of Provincial law, including family law, consumer credit law, guest passenger legislation, real property law, administrative law, etc.
Abstract
This report lists and briefly describes each research project the commission started during the year. It included a proposed act submitted to the Attorney General during 1982 on equality of status for married persons, as well as research plans for 1983. A list of commission publications is included.
