Homicide is discussed under the topics of justifiable and excusable homicide, malice aforethought in murder, degrees of murder, and homicide in self-defense, while manslaughter is considered under the categories of voluntary and involuntary manslaughter. The sexual crimes defined are rape, incest, adultery, fornication, seduction, prostitution, bigamy, sodomy, homosexual crimes, voyeurism, and exhibitionism. The property crimes considered include larceny, embezzlement, false pretenses, robbery, extortion and blackmail, receiving stolen property, burglary, and arson.
