This two-volume publication contains a bibliography on juvenile crime, compiled from automated records of the criminal justice library of West Germany's Federal Crime Office.
Abstract
The collection is introduced by two essays on juvenile crime, reviewing its causes, characteristics, prevention possibilities, and police intervention approaches. The 3,722 entries contained in the bibliographic listing represent writings on the subject published in the German-speaking countries, i.e., West Germany, East Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. It includes monographs, collected works, research studies, dissertations, and articles in periodicals and anthologies. Entries date from 1841 to 1982. Listings are provided of the periodicals cited, of key words and topics, and of associate editors and authors.
