Abstract
The data for 1950-80 are categorized according to official and unofficial cases, with statistics given for delinquency by sex, children in need of supervision, and special proceedings. Data for 1981-82 cases cover the following case categories broken down by sex of the juvenile: delinquency, status offenses, simple misdemeanors, child abuse and neglect, and special proceedings. Cases for 1982 provide information on age, race, referral source, care pending disposition, reason referred, and disposition.
