Abstract
The Standards cover the functional areas of ethics, community relations, law, laws of evidence, communications, vehicle operations, force and weaponry, patrol procedures, traffic, criminal investigation, patrol fitness, defensive techniques, and custody. Each area is presented in outline form with performance objectives.
