Abstract
Working papers were issued on interspousal immunity, illegal contracts, and competing rights to mingled property. The report discusses the Commission's role, the problem of achieving appropriate salary levels for Commission employees, and the financial stability of the Commission. Commission projects, priorities, and the impact of Commission recommendations are discussed. Appendixes include lists of reports and recommendations made by the Commission and matters under consideration by the Commission, along with a minor report.
