The guide includes three major tasks for managers to complete: a review of the national perspective and the project's relationship to it; a review of the project's purpose and objectives relative to the national goals; and a review of a model flow chart from which projects can examine their relationship to local court structures to develop procedures for daily operations. In addition, the guide contains a discussion of related administrative areas and suggestions to consider which are subject to varying local situations. Finally, it includes a number of examples for restitution agreements, verification of loss, progress reports for case management, and staff position descriptions. Tabular data are provided.
