Abstract
The scenarios focus on ineffective methods of handling officers who are late reporting to work, inefficient approaches to handling calls and supervising employees, a sergeant's response to an officer's inappropriate handling of a traffic violation, and ways to help an officer resolve a drinking problem. A leader's guide accompanies the film.
