Abstract
It delineates components of the system: the supreme court, district courts, county courts, juvenile courts, municipal courts, and the workmen's compensation court. It also explains the prehearing conference, the financing of court operations, the distribution of court generated revenues, and the probation system. Discussion also concerns the qualifications, retention, and discipline of judges; types of cases; and types of criminal offenses. The State court administrator's bureau and the judges speakers' bureau are also mentioned. Illustrations and a glossary are provided.
