Abstract
The American Arbitration Association amended the rules for commercial arbitration. These rules went into effect April 1, 1982. The pamphlet includes the recommended clause for an arbitration clause in commercial contracts. An agreement for submission of existing disputes follows. The rules themselves cover the steps from the initial decision to seek arbitration through the delivery of the award. The administrative fee schedule and attendant questions accompany the rules. Five expedited procedures are explained.
