Rules pertaining to expedited procedures cover notice by telephone, appointment of arbitrator, time and place of hearing, the hearing, and time of award. The booklet also contains an arbitration clause recommended by the AAA for insertion in all commercial contracts and the AAA administrative fee schedule.
