This paper presents research on labor-management attitudes toward mediation agencies in the United States, Great Britain, Ireland, Israel, and India.
Abstract
The questionnaires focused on the major problems encountered by mediation agencies, and the findings suggest that the perceived difficulties are not necessarily inherent in the agencies. Tabular data and 24 references are provided. (Author abstract modified)
