Abstract
Four different indexing systems are provided, based on location, system name, judicial circuit, and type of computer. Data elements include jurisdiction, system and code names, agency, system users, hardware, software, environment, availability of data, processing mode, type of agency served, status, responsible agency contact, and data processing contact. The appendixes provide a document evaluation form and the survey instrument.
