Attention focuses on victim compensation, missing children and missing persons, mopeds, safety belts, jury pools, indigent defense fees, uniform magistrates' pay, coroners, and drug forfeiture amendments. Also discussed are State Law Enforcement Division laboratory improvements, the handgun waiting period, reduction in the homeowner's insurance premium, criminal sexual conduct with minors, and videotaped testimony in child abuse cases.
