This paper identified some practical suggestions that could be implemented by the classroom teacher to alleviate the symptoms of hyperactivity in students.
Abstract
The data indicate that behavior therapy techniques were effective in dealing with hyperactivity and in improving academic performance. The focus of this report was directed toward the positive strategies of structuring the classroom and behavior therapy techniques such as token economies and daily report card systems.
