Why aren't all of the documents in your Abstracts Database available online?
When available, NCJRS makes available full-text links or photocopy access to articles appearing in our Abstracts Database. Materials authored or published by other, non-Government organizations may be protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws. NCJRS does not hold copyright or reprint permission for certain materials which appear in the Abstracts Database and cannot provide online or photocopy access to these documents.
