DESIGN ELEMENTS OF ALERT (AUTOMATED LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTING TECHNIQUE) CAN BE IMPLEMENTED IN ANY POLICE DEPARTMENT USING THIRD GENERATION COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.
Abstract
GENERAL EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS AND APPROXIMATE COSTS AND SCHEDULES TO INSTALL AND PUT THE SYSTEM IN OPERATION ARE INCLUDED. THE SUBSYSTEM AID (ANALYSIS AND INCIDENTS AND DEPLOYMENT) PROVIDES A TECHNIQUE FOR ANALYZING SERVICES FOR ANY PAST PERIOD AND FOR FORECASTING THE MANHOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PREDICTED WORKLOADS. THE SYSTEM PROVIDES FOR THE ANALYSIS OF A NUMBER OF DEPLOYMENT FACTOR INTERRELATIONSHIPS.
