Abstract
Bibliographic entries cover children and domestic violence, child care programs, children in shelters and children's observations of parental violence. Entries also cite manuals for volunteers in children's programs, crisis intervention programs, and programs for assisting marital violence victims and for group work with children living in violent homes. Additional entries focus on crisis intervention with battered women, the effect of batterer counseling on shelter outcome, group treatment of children in shelters for battered women, a community approach to working with battered women and their children, migrant women in shelters, police intervention, rural domestic violence, health care in shelters, shelter-based parenting services, and support and education groups for children of battered women.
