A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCESSES, PROCESSING POLICIES AND GUIDELINES, AND FILES AND OUTPUTS INVOLVED FOR EVERY MAJOR INPUT THAT ENTERS THE SYSTEM IS GIVEN.
