Abstract
Statistical data is categorized according to type of bias incident offense, number of offenses, offenses cleared, percent cleared, and total arrests as well as adult and juvenile arrests. Individual types of bias incident offenses are listed for each county in the State. A bias incident summary presents information on person, private property, or public property offenses by target type with specific subgroups in each type. In addition the description of the incident, place of occurrence, relationship of victim to offender, and type of bias is summarized for each incident. Victim offender characteristics depict age group, gender, and race information. The bias incidents are also graphed to demonstrate their occurrence on a daily and monthly basis for the 1989-90 period.
