This report is a continuation of the Uniform Crime Report Series published by the Division of Program Support of the South Carolina Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. The first section, Substance Abuse Arrest Tables, presents arrest data by county, region, and State levels for each major substance abuse arrest area. The second section, Arrest Rate Tables, provides data similar to those in section one, but displayed as arrest rates per 10,000 population. The third section -- Possession, Sale, and Manufacturing Arrest Tables -- presents data on drug arrests for possession separately from arrests for drug sale or manufacture for all counties. The fourth section, Summary and Miscellaneous Tables, presents population data, arrests for all offenses, comparisons of substance arrests to all arrests for 1987-90, and crack arrests. The last section contains graphic displays of State totals for selected categories of arrests. 29 tables and 6 figures
