A section on the structure of the industry/trade examines who produces what and why and where the product goes. The section on governmental response identifies any measures that have been taken to suppress the drug trade, along with their success or failure. The section on societal reaction notes whether or not the general public has become involved in efforts to stem the demand for drugs. A section on international linkages for control examines the types of international agreements and other types of cooperation between the particular country and other countries or international organizations. A concluding section notes whether there are any lessons to learned from the particular country's experience with the drug trade.
