HIGH CRIME AREAS IN MICHIGAN, AND PLANS OF ACTION FOR CRIME PREVENTION, COMMUNITY RELATIONS, DRUG ADDICTION REHABILITATION, ORGANIZED CRIME SPECIALIST TRAINING, POLICE SERVICES, THE ADMINISTRATION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE, CORRECTIONS AND REHABILITATION, AND JUVENILE PROBLEMS ARE DISCUSSED.
