An introduction notes that most members of these skinhead groups are between ages 12 and 25 years. They come from all social classes and all regions of the county. The documentary focuses on members and Bill Riccio, the national director of the Aryan National Front in Alabama. They express their openly racist objectives, their belief that the United States will have a race war, that any method is acceptable to ensure the survival of the white race, and that a Skinhead is a soldier for 24 hours a day. Scenes include members singing, holding drills and discussions, marching through a town carrying flags with swastikas, arguing with citizens on the street, and practicing target shooting. The film also shows a nighttime cross-burning by members of the Ku Klux Klan, discusses the relationships among different groups, and scenes inside the prison where four Skinheads are incarcerated following the murder of a black man.
