Abstract
The guidelines define the different forms of the diseases and terms related to their diagnosis and treatment and present procedures for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring of chronic infection, infection control, contact investigation, and steps to take to prevent infection following exposure. A fact sheet and a study guide present more than 30 questions and detailed answers regarding scenarios and decisions in specific cases. Charts, forms, and reference lists
