This report compiles statistics on the amount of criminal activity in Minnesota in 1995, based on data submitted by law enforcement agencies on offenses, clearances, and arrests as part of the Uniform Crime Reporting Program.
Abstract
The report presents statistics on index crimes, violent crimes (homicide, murder, forcible rape, attempted rape, robbery, and aggravated assault), and property crimes (burglary, larceny, motor vehicle theft, and arson). The report also includes data on index crimes by population group, property crime costs, statewide offense information, general arrest information, drug offenses, urban-rural offenses and arrests, and offenses and arrests by region. Additional data are provided on law enforcement agencies, law enforcement officers killed or assaulted, firearms discharges by law enforcement officers, police pursuits, bias-motivated crimes, missing children, and offenses reported by county and municipal law enforcement agencies. 35 tables and 34 figures
