Separate chapters present objectives, rationale, purpose and exercises concerning: exploring communication, harmful and helpful communication; exploring touch, from comforting and soothing to harmful and hurtful and violent; differentiating between sexual play and sexual abuse; personal space, personal comfort zones and space invaders; sexual knowledge, including the function of the sexual parts; and prevention of sexual misuse or abuse, including learning about prevention through plays, grooming and threats, being alert, figuring out the rules, and helping other children.
