This resource guide describes the services and resources of the Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) and presents a catalog of victim-related publications available from OVC and produced by OVC and related agencies and organizations.
Abstract
Each publication description includes the publication date, cost, and NCJRS number, as well as the URL for documents available online. Topics include the Office for Victims of Crime, American Indian/Tribal, business community, child victims, civil remedies, corrections, crime victim compensation, death notification/homicide, disabilities, the education community, elder abuse, faith community, and health care community. Additional topics include international perspectives, judiciary, law enforcement, legal community, mental health community, news media community, prosecution, restitution, stalking/domestic violence, victim assistance community, and victims’ rights. The guide also includes instructions for ordering publications. Illustrations
