This issue includes two primary articles: 1) Human Sex Trafficking which explains the scope and operations of human sex trafficking and tips for facilitating Federal and local investigations; and 2) The Emergency Aid Exception to the Fourth Amendment's Warrant Requirement which addresses the exigent circumstance that give rise to the authority and limitations on how far the officer can proceed without securing a warrant, incorporating the Supreme Court treatment of this issue.
