For each State, the table provides the names of tribal drug courts that have been operating for more than 2 years, the number and names of tribal drug courts recently implemented, and the number and names of courts being planned. Other table columns show the total number of active tribal drug courts and the total number being planned. The final table column indicates the number of additional tribal drug court programs that have been suspended or consolidated. For each operating tribal drug court, information is provided on the U.S. Justice Department's grant funding for planning each tribal drug court operating or being planned.
