Captions and "all tags" for charts and photos must be provided, along with an executive summary of the publication or product. Statements must be provided to highlight the significance of the content or its special relevance to the field and describe why the proposed product will be useful in the field. For videos, there are five publishing guidelines. First, the package should contain all files of the final product, including OVC's standard accessibility features. Second, when applicable, individual release forms, licensing agreements, or written permission to replicate information or materials are required. Third, copies of all comments from peer reviewers or pilot-test participants are required, if conducted prior to submission to OVC. Fourth, an executive summary should highlight significant findings. Fifth, the package should contain statements that highlight the significance of the content or its special relevance to the field and describe why the proposed final format of the product will be useful in the field.
