DISCUSSION OF THE NATURE OF THE LEGAL PROBLEMS PRESENTED BY SKYJACKING AND THE SABOTAGING OF AERIAL NAVIGATION AND OF THE VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS CONCERNED WITH THESE OFFENSES.
Abstract
THE AUTHOR CONCLUDES THAT OFFENSES COMMITTED FOR STRICTLY PERSONAL REASONS CAN PROBABLY NEVER BE COMPLETELY ELIMINATED. ON THE OTHER HAND, OFFENSES COMMITTED FOR POLITICAL REASONS MIGHT BECOME A THING OF THE PAST IF THE CONDITIONS IN WHICH LARGE PORTIONS OF THE WORLD'S POPULATION LIVE WERE IMPROVED. THE TEXTS OF VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS DEALING WITH THIS SUBJECT ARE INCLUDED IN APPENDIXES AND A BIBLIOGRAPHY IS PROVIDED. --IN DUTCH
