OTHER OFFENSES DISCUSSED INCLUDE TAMPERING WITH OR FABRICATING EVIDENCE, PREVENTING THE ATTENDANCE OF WITNESSES, IMPROPERLY INFLUENCING A COURT, IMPEDING THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIME, AND AVOIDING TRIAL.
