Abstract
ALSO CONSIDERED ARE THE EXTENT OF THESE CRIMES IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND THE MEASURES THESE COUNTRIES SHOULD ADOPT - AT THE LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL LEVELS - TO HELP THE POLICE TO HALT OR ELIMINATE THIS TYPE OF CRIME.
