THIS MATERIAL IS TO OFFER SUGGESTIONS FOR SOURCES OF AID WITHIN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. WHILE THERE IS A DEFINITE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CRIME AND DELINQUENCY FIELD, AND ORGANIZED CRIME, ALCOHOLISM, AND NARCOTICS ADDICTION, THESE HAVE NOT BEEN COVERED.
