Abstract
SPANNING A BROAD RANGE OF SUBJECTS, THE PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS THE STRUCTURE OF THE SYSTEM AND HOW THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE OCCURS IN IT, THE CONCEPT OF JURISDICTION, JUDICIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF TRAINING COURT SUPPORT PERSONNEL. SOME INSIGHTS ARE OFFERED INTO POSSIBLE FUTURE TRENDS AND CHANGES IN CALIFORNIA'S COURT SYSTEM.
