Abstract
EXPLANATIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY DISCUSSIONS OF RELATED SUPREME COURT DECISIONS. EACH CHAPTER DEALS WITH ONE AMENDMENT, WITH A SECTION ON EACH RIGHT CONTAINED IN THAT AMENDMENT. A TENTH CHAPTER BRIEFLY DISCUSSES THE SEPARATE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM AND RECENT CASE LAW. DISCUSSION QUESTIONS ARE INCLUDED AT THE END OF EACH SECTION. CASES CITED IN THE TEXT ARE INDEXED ALPHABETICALLY.
