Abstract
IT BEGINS WITH A BRIEF DISCUSSION OF THE PRESENT STATE OF CANADIAN LAW ON THE SUBJECT, AND THEN COMPARES THAT WITH FRENCH AND AMERICAN JUDICIAL SYSTEMS.
