PICTURES ALSO SHOW SUBWAY LAYOUT, DESIGN, AND CAMERA PLACEMENT AS PRE-PLANNED FOR VANDALISM PREVENTION AND PASSENGER SECURITY IN THE WASHINGTON, D.C. METROPOLITAN AREA TRANSIT SYSTEM.
