THIS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS CONCERNED WITH THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF A CRIMINAL JUSTICE CENTER WHICH WOULD PROVIDE TRAINING FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE AGENCY PERSONNEL.
Abstract
RECOMMENDATIONS ARE MADE TO INCLUDE ALL PUBLIC AGENCIES RELATED TO THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROCESS (POLICE, PROSECUTORS, COURTS, PROBATION, PAROLE, AND CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS) AND TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING FOR THE VARIOUS HIERARCHIC LEVELS OF EACH ORGANIZATION (OPERATIONS, SUPERVISION, MIDDLE MANAGEMENT, EXECUTIVE) AND FOR THEIR FUNCTIONAL SPECIALIZATIONS (LINE OPERATIONS, STAFF SUPPORTS, TECHNICAL SPECIALIZATIONS) AT EACH LEVEL OF THE HIERARCHY.
