Abstract

OTHER TOPICS CONSIDERED ARE POST-DISPOSITION PROCEEDINGS IN JUVENILE DELINQUENCY AND PINS CASES, CHILD PROTECTIVE PROCEEDINGS, MOTION PRACTICE UNDER SECTION 255 OF THE FAMILY COURT ACT, AND APPEALS, INTERIM APPELLATE REMEDIES, AND COLLATERAL REMEDIES.
