Abstract
IT WAS DESIGNED TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO SPA COURT SPECIALISTS SUMMARIES OF COURT-RELATED PROJECT (INCUDING PROSECUTION, DEFENSE, AND PROBATION) WHICH MIGHT BE APPLICABLE TO THE NEEDS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE STATES. PROJECTS ARE PRESENTED ACCORDING TO PROJECT TYPE, AND IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER OF PROJECT TITLES WITHIN EACH PROJECT CLASSIFICATION. FOURTEEN PROJECT CATEGORIES ARE INCLUDED: APPELLATE PROCESSES, ARCHITECTURE/COURT TECHNOLOGY, CITIZEN'S INITIATIVE PROGRAMS, COURT ADMINISTRATION/MANAGEMENT, COURT REORGANIZATION, DEFENSE SERVICES (STATE AND LOCAL), EDUCATION/TRAINING (JUDICIAL AND OTHER COURT PERSONNEL), INFORMATION SYSTEMS, JUROR UTILIZATION, JUVENILE COURTS/JUVENILE JUSTICE PROCESSES, LAW REFORM, PRETRIAL RELEASE/INTERVENTION/DIVERSION, PROBATION, AND PROSECUTION SERVICES (STATE AND LOCAL).
