Abstract
THIS CASE COMMENT ANALYZES THIS DECISION ALONG WITH OTHER PERTINENT CASE LAW DEALING WITH RACIALLY DISCRIMINATORY BUSINESS PERSONNEL POLICIES UNDER TITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964.
