Abstract
CRIMES INVOLVING INVENTIONS MAY BE DIVIDED INTO THREE GROUPS: VIOLATIONS OF INVENTORS' RIGHTS, OFFENSES AGAINST THE NATIONAL ECONOMY, AND BRIBERY. A STUDY BY THE POLISH INSTITUTE FOR CRIME PROBLEMS INDICATED THAT, WHILE THESE OFFENSES ARE NOT RARE, THEIR DEFECTION IS DIFFICULT, AND FEW OF THEM ARE PROSECUTED.
