Abstract
IN POWELL, THE COURT RULED THAT A STATE PRISONER WHO HAS HAD FULL AND FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO LITIGATE CLAIMS OF AN UNLAWFUL SEARCH AND SEIZURE IN STATE COURTS MAY NOT BE GRANTED FEDERAL HABEAS CORPUS RELIEF.
