THESE ARE THE RESULTS OF A 1977 SURVEY OF 800 MICHIGAN HOUSEHOLDS TO DETERMINE THE ATTITUDES OF CITIZENS TOWARD THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, THEIR RATE OF VICTIMIZATION, AND THE LEVEL OF FEAR OF CRIME.
