Abstract
THIS MANUAL IS DESIGNED FOR USE BY PERSONS WHO WORK WITH WISCONSIN RESIDENTS WHO HAVE DEBILITATIING PERSONAL HISTORIES AND HAVE DIFFICULTY BREAKING THROUGH THE VARIOUS LEGAL AND SOCIAL BARRIERS TO THEIR SUCCESSFUL REINTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY. IT IS SOLD AS A SERVICE THAT UPDATES THE LAWS, RULES, FORMS, AND PROCEDURES DEEMED RELEVANT TO THE REINTEGRATION OF THE TARGET POPULATION.
