THESE DUTIES RANGE FROM INVESTIGATIONS AT THE SCENE OF A DEATH AND THE TRANSPORTATION OF BODIES, TO THE NOTIFICATION OF NEXT OF KIN, DETERMINING THE NECESSITY OF AN AUTOPSY, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF FULL POSTMORTEM EXAMINATIONS.
