Abstract
THE TRADITIONAL PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT ACRONYM PODSCORB STANDS FOR PLANNING, ORGANIZING, DIRECTING, STAFFING, COORDINATION, REPORTING, AND BUDGETING. EACH OF THESE TRADITIONAL CONCEPTS IS DISCUSSED BRIEFLY, THEN THE NEW PODSCORB IS PRESENTED IN A HUMOROUS MANNER. THE NEW PROBLEMS COVER FAIR PERSONNEL PRACTICES, RAPIDLY CHANGING TECHNOLOGY, JOB ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY, LIVING WITH COMPUTERIZED PROCEDURES, CAREFUL PLANNING, AND UNIONIZATION.
