NARROWING THE LIST OF SUSPECTS, MAKING AN ARREST, AND UNCOVERING AND PRESENTING DIRECT AND CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE ARE ALSO DISCUSSED, ALONG WITH HOW TO ARRANGE FOR MORE INTENSIVE TRAINING IN ARSON DETECTION AND INVESTIGATION.
